The owners of this Carrying Place Trail home had approached Kestle Interiors for custom work for their TV unit and renovation of an unfinished room that leads into their TV room and bar area.
The existing TV Unit was dismantled and crafted to accommodate a larger TV. It was reassembled with all components and moldings in oak, stained and lacquered to match the existing oak panels & trim. Posts clad in drywall and finished in custom-oak paneling were added to the opening between the previously unfinished room and the TV & Bar areas. Columns left and right of the opening between the rooms were crafted oak-clad veneer, in the same stain and finish as existing bar finish.
Ceiling tiles were replaced by 24 x 24″ drop-in decorative tiles throughout, with new LED pot lights added in the ceiling.
Flooring in the remaining basement space was updated with 24 x 24″ porcelain tiles matching the adjoining Laundry Room that had been recently renovated by Kestle Interiors. With the Homeowners’ input, we were able to carry through their desired theme in the newly renovated space.
