Harewood Blvd, Flooring & Staircase Renovation

This home has undergone a major flooring renovation!  The existing carpet in the second-floor hallway and on the stairs was removed.  Laminant in all second-floor bedrooms and family room was removed, as was the hardwood in the living and dining rooms.  New engineered flooring was installed throughout the first and second floor areas.  New red oak treads, risers, handrails and posts were sanded and stained to match the new engineered flooring.  Black wrought iron pickets were added.  Installation of a carpet runner on the staircase and new coordinating carpeting in the family room completes the transformation.
