As has been the case with other industries, the pandemic has presented significant challenges in home renovation. Based on the guidelines set out by Ontario’s government, we have fortunately been able to continue our renovations in progress during the most recent lockdown. We are adhering to health & safety practices, reducing the number of tradespeople in a home at one time, screening our tradespeople and regularly sanitizing our job sites. We are excited as we watch our renovations moving toward completion in spite of the pandemic challenges. We are almost there!!
This recently purchased home is undergoing a total redesign of the main floor in an open-concept design, including the family room, kitchen, dining & sitting areas. All flooring on the main floor & first floor is being replaced with engineered-wood flooring. The new kitchen displays shaker-design doors & drawers in Edgecomb Gray and features a back splash in a mosaic design. We are loving the opened up, brighter space. Stand by for the final reveal!!
