After undergoing a stunning renovation of their Main Floor in 2023, these Homeowners have sent us upstairs to commence their Second-Floor Renovation
Protective covering has been applied to all flooring that will be walked on by our Trades, air vents have been blocked, and rooms sealed off to alleviate as much dust as possible from travelling during the second-floor renovation
The existing parquet wood flooring, baseboards and door trim throughout the second floor have been removed, to be replaced by matching engineered wood flooring to the Main Floor.
The Master Bedroom closet wall has been moved to accommodate a new shower in the Master Bath. Walls have been drywall patched, ready for addition of closet cabinetry. Ceiling has been wired for slim-line LED pot lights
Denshield waterproof material has been applied for shower walls to prevent moisture from reaching the wall cavity; Shower base is being prepared for shower-base installation; Shower wall & flooring to be tiled.
Master bedroom popcorn ceiling has been scraped, skim coated and primed. Existing flooring has been removed. To improve lighting, the existing central ceiling light was removed, and slim-line pot lights have been installed in the ceiling.
New framework has been created in this bedroom for balanced-height closet doors to replace floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that had been in place.
